Oracle Service on Windows NT

I just installed Oracle 7.3.4 on Window NT 4.0. However, I got trouble when
I tried to start the service. It always give me the error mesage saying that
'the required module can't be found'. Does anyone have any suggestions? I
would really appreciate it.
