Yes, there are. A schema or user name is a "Schema Object Name". For this the
"Schema Object Naming Rules" apply. Please see the according part of your doc.
Particularly, the only real restrictions for user names are:



Names cannot contain quotation marks.



Anything else goes if you include it in quotation marks.
