Actually, most good developers think about the storage volume during the
design phase. But that old "disk is cheap -- they can always buy more"
mentality can sneak in there every so often. Probably since developers don't
have to worry as much about budgets and coming in over the weekend to juggle
all those tablespaces around <g>
