I am new to Oracle.  Any help is greatly appreciated.



Running a 2000 plateform with 8i enterprise edition release 2 version 8.1.6.
After installation of the software, couldn't log in.  Keeping on getting
overlapping I/O operation procedure....



Please help.  Lots of thanks
