Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your advice.

I am sorry that I need to ask some more questions to clarify some doubt.

I don't even seem to have Enterprise Manager installed or I should say
I don't where to launch Enterprise Manager or is it that I have to
find 'Navigation' to launch the OEM.

The closest thing I can find is the Microsoft Management Console which I'm more familiar to me as I have used it in MSSQL. However, in the database node, I can't create a new database nor can I find the sample database Oracle created.

I don't seems to have the security manager as well.

Have I missed something extremely obvious?

Sorry for asking these simple questions.

Thanks.

Han Ming

You need to use Discovery in Navigation to allow OEM to "find" your database. It's wizrd driven, so fairly easy. If you have the Intelligent Agent running on the server, it's even easier. Doesn't matter about production or development-same.
