Installing Oracle 8.1.7 EE on Win 2000

Hi,



I am trying to install Oracle Rel3 8.1.7 EE on windows 2000. I
downloaded the file from technet and unzipped it. But for some reason
when I click on setup.exe application to start the installation,
nothing happens.



I have the same problem when I try with 8.1.6 too.



Any ideas?
