Getting Stored Proc from Oracle 8.0.5

Is there any other way using SQLPLUS to get the source code for a
stored procedure and retrieve only the 1 procedure requested...
Currently using:  SELECT text FROM ALL_SOURCE WHERE owner = USER; will
give all of the procedures not just 1 requested...
