Hello,

I am not sure i can help you.

On the server, have you :

* ping   yourServer
* tnsping yourServer
* sqlplus sys/xxx_at_yourServer

On a client machine :

* ping   yourServer
* tnsping yourServer
* sqlplus sys/xxx_at_yourServer

It's only some tests to know if the TCP/IP is OK, and then is the SQL*NET/tnsnames.ora is OK
