Oracle Workgroup & Enterprise

Hi,

I am trying to evaluate using Oracle Workgroup Server against Enterprise (8i) for a new site I would be taking charge.

First, I know the price difference. But can someone give any idea *IF* I could migrate from an Oracle Workgroup (called 'Oracle Standard Database' in 8i?) to Enterprise edition? If I could at all, how much time / cost it might take?

Second, any good judgement on this idea would be highly helpful to us in reaching a decision. If someone has implemented it/ What are the affected parameters/ Performance issues/ Can I use XML features in the workgroup version (I am using XML extensively in the app.) etc.
