Thank you very much for reply! I still can't find it. The following is the list of all oracle related services:

OracleOraHome81AppServerListener;
OracleOraHome81ClientCache;
OracleOraHome81CMAdmin;
OracleOraHome81CMan;
OracleOraHome81ManagementServer;
OracleOraHome81TNSListener;
OracleServiceRTSB. (my user database's name is RTSB)

Can you review it? Let me know what I missed. Thanks!
