Oracle has a pro*COBOL product just like it has a pro*C product. You
may want to look into that other wise you want to convert the "cobol"
files into regular text files either in fixed format or character
delimited and use sqlldr to insert them into Oracle tables. Or using
any other tool like Visual Basic, Excel spreadsheets, etc....
