Hi,

can i have 2 "aliases" for one db without copying the full definition ?

Normal i have the following definitions:

APPL1PROD =
  (DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS_LIST =

      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(PORT = 1522)(HOST = 10.0.8.101))     )
(CONNECT_DATA =

      (SID = AP1P)
    )
  )

Now i need to setup APPL2PROD which i would like to do in the same db as APPL1 but my clients need to be able to enter APPL2PROD as the alias.
