(no subject)

hi

i'm using php to try to upload files into an oracle database using LOBS but without any luck. i looked at all the relevant documentation, websites and even email half a dozen but no one seems to know how to do this.

The problem is no file is being transferred from the web site to the db. i just cann't figure out what the problem is and i guess no noe actually knows how to do this.

This is probably my last attempt if there is anyone out there who could actually help me with this problem. if there is i plead with them to please help me or just give me advise on how to solve this problem.
