Hi,

at first you have to create your oem-repository und your O8i Server. When this is OK, you can try to start the service for the OEMManagementServer and to logon to the oem console again. Your ManagementServer is the Machine, on which O8i Server and the oem-repository is installed. Before you install the Management Server, the oem-repository should already installed.

Hope this helps a little.
