Flushing shared pool does NOT remove Pinned objects ( sequences, PL blocks/procedures, or triggers ).
It also does not do anything to the cached data blocks that your query plucks out of memory rather than from disk, so your performance will not change. That is, unless you are experiencing the well documented shared-pool-free-list fragmentation problem.
