Hi,
I am running Oracle 8.0.5 on Aix box. I am getting the following error when trying to connect to oracle.

TNS-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process TNS- 12540: TNS:internal limit restriction exceeded   TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
  TNS-00510: Internal limit restriction exceeded     IBM/AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable 06-DEC-00 11:35:27 * (CONNECT_DATA=(SID=R2)(CID=
(PROGRAM=C:\Program Files\Mantra\java\java.exe)(HOST=TS1)
(USER=accounts))) * (ADDRESS= (PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=10.2.1.3)(PORT=4327))
* establish * R2 * 12500

The value of the processes parameter is 200 and i have reached only 120 .(I checked this out from v$session view).

I also tried increasing the number of licences in the AIX from 100 to 200 but still it does not work.

Please Help.

Thanks
Anurag
