analyzing queries performance

I'm trying to test queries performance in different conditions but I can't disable the cache memory.
I've tried many commands like Flush Shared_pool but it has no effects on the timing.

Do someone know a way to unable cache memory? What is the 'NOCACHE' option?
How is it used?

Thanks
