What do you need to install to use JAVA on OpenVMS & Oracle 8.1.6?

 I recently installed Oracle 8.1.6 on Alpha OpenVMS 7.2, but I don't
seem to have the JAVA option


 installed. What do you need to install/link to use the JAVA option?
