Yes, I downloaded the 8.1.7. There ist a trial-version on the Oracle web
page.
Go to: http://www.oracle.com/ip/deploy/database/8i/index.html?ee.html
and click on 'Try it' (something like this), then you are able to download the 8.1.7 for several platforms
