Migrating Oracle 8.0.4 to 8i - Suggestions

Will be migrating a medium sized database from 8.0.4 to 8i.  Any
suggestions on how to do this.



I was thinking just doing a full export and import into the new
database.  Also I thought about doing a complete backup and restoring
to new DB.



Any thoughts?  I also heard there is a data migration wizrd.
