Yes, Oracle can supprto such numbers of rows only you have to do is that you have to set intial and next extents according to your data so that the space utilization would be optimal, and if you have paln to retrieve the data throught joining that table with an other table so it is batter to Cluster those tables.

I think , this may solve your problem
