I found some documentation in the Oracle docs that I installed with the
database. It was under Server and Data Warehousing 8.1.6 in the supplied
PL/SQL Packages reference. I hope that helps. It was not available before
8.1.6 so you might need to update your documentation if you have it stored
on the system.
