That's NT server security kicking in. I think that you need to add Administrator to the Advanced User Rights 'logon as a batch job'. You can set this through User Manager, Policies. We found it just easier to set up jobs using our ArcServe backup software. It's more reliable too. NT's AT scheduler is not very robust.
