You cannot resize, but you can add and drop logfiles as long as they're not online, don't need archiving, or would put the total number of redo log groups below 2. You can resize your logs by adding new correctly sized logfiles, cycling through your redo until the smaller logs aren't online or need archiving and drop the old ones.
