ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
create database "HOME"

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

I did a diff on initHOME.ora and init<SID>.ora from one of my solaris
database, and the only difference I notice there is that my Linux
parameters are smaller (modified for Linux box memory size).
Am I doing something wrong?
Is there are a FAQ on this?
thanx.
