Are you using hardware or software mirroring?
If software mirroring, what kind?
What is the disk per controller layout in the A5200?
Are all controllers working properly? Is the cache enabled?
Can you post a copy of your init.ora?
What are the shared memory and semaphore kernel parameters set to?
