Help OAS 4.07 won't start

Hi,

I Installed Oracle Application Server on NT4 and I can't get it to work properly. When I start OAS using the command utility owsctl (or using the OAS manager) I get:

Please wait while the command is being processed on host ofptsrv ... Starting ORB processes...
Returning filename c:\orant\orb\admin\.event waiting for ORB to be ready...
ORB is not responding. Please restart manually... OWS-20214: The OAS processes can not be started, because the CORBA orb processes can not be started.

What's wrong?
