there is also a program called Schemer out there (www.appligator.com) that will let you copy individual tables between databases:

If you have an ODBC mapped to your oracle, it will show up automatically, otherwise create a custom connection to your Oracle databases. Then, all you have to do is click on the table that you want to copy in Oracle and right-click "copy".
Then right-click on any table within the destination database select paste. It will ask you if you want to append the data to an existing db or create a new one. If there are any fields that don't automatically match-up, it will alert you, and help you through the conversion process.
