Yes, but you need to look into X$KCCCP to find out because this information is not exported to any of the V$ views. Alternatively you can use the APT script "log_file_usage.sql" at
http://www.ixora.com.au/scripts/redo_log.htm#log_file_usage on the Ixora web site to do it.
