Hi ppl 



I have this message when i startup my WinNt pc. 
NLS subsystem on Forms Server ...    and i can't make it disappear, it
keeps there on the screen and everything gets terribly slow, and
sometimes the database doesn't startup up automatically which it
should...




why ? why ?
