Capture DDL for Triggers

Does anyone have a SQL/pl/sql script to capture the ddl for recreating the
triggers for a given schema?  I saw one on Oracle's Metalink, but it does
not properly capture the column usage information - ie. for update of column
lists.  Ideally, it should capture each trigger into a separate file:
triggername.sql



That's about it.
