I realized I had not given you an actual answer... On the other hand, I had not seen 81613 yet, but it turns out to be a non-incremental patch again.

You may:

1) Install 81611 via the installer - do not tun scripts as yet.
2) Copy files as per 81612 patch instructions
3) Ditto, for 81613.
4) Run scripts and whatever as required by 81611 patch installation
  instructions
5) ditto 81612 - if different from 81611 (no so, afaicr) 6) ditto 81613 - if different from 81611 (not done yet)
