I realized I had not given you an actual answer... On the other hand, I had not seen 81613 yet, but it turns out to be a non-incremental patch again.
You may:
1) Install 81611 via the installer - do not tun scripts as yet. 2) Copy files as per 81612 patch instructions 3) Ditto, for 81613. 4) Run scripts and whatever as required by 81611 patch installationinstructions
