Upgrade to Oracle 8.1.6.1.3 on NT question

Hi all ,
I have some questions regarding the patches for Oracle8i Release 2 Enterprise Edition for Windows NT .

I have oracle 8.1.6.0.0 installed on the server and I have two databases also I’ve downloaded the patches 8.1.6.1.1 . 8.1.6.1.2 and 8.1.6.1.3

Firstly , do I need to run theses patches in sequence , I mean 8.1.6.1.1 then 8.1.6.1.2 then 8.1.6.1.3 or just the latest one?

Secondly , as I said , I’ve two databases , and I need to upgrade both of them , do I need to run theses patches against each database separately?
