Thanks for the input everyone.  The problem was due to the fact that
when I created the table, I did not set the maxextents and oracle
defaults to 121.  I totally forgot to check that attribute.  I
increased this number and it seemed to solve the problem.  I wish I
could've gotten a better error message from Oracle. Oh well.
