problem in using replication manager

I am newer to oracle replication manager.

when I using replication manager to create a snapshot site, it raise error!
create public database link "ORCL.WORLD" using 'server550' ORA-02082: a loopback database link must have a connection qualifier

the Global_names was set to true in initorcl.ora the global_name is orcl.world(select * from global_name)

I have tried replace orcl.world to orcl.world_at_server550 in sqlplus,it does work!

I don't how to solve it in replication manager.

What should I do?
