How to move raw datafiles?

Hi,

I have my E4500 attached to my fiber raid and all my data tablespaces and datafiles are in a raw format. I'm running solaris 7 with oracle 8.1.6. I've read how to move datafiles if they were in a cooked format, but not raw. Can someone explain to me in detail how to move my raw datafiles? I'll be attaching another set of fiber disks to my current setup, and I'd like to move some datafiles to the other disks. Thanks in advance...
