I just want to add new tablespace



create tablespace tstmp datafile '$oracle_home/oradata/tstmp.dbf'



the error returned is:


ora-01119: error in creating database file '$oracle_home/oradata/tstmp.dbf'
ora-27040: skgfrcre:create error, unable to create file
Linux error :2: no such file or directory.
