This program will automatically convert SQL to Oracle and visa-versa. It will show any db source that you have a system DSN set up for (or you can create a custom connection within the program). All you have to do is right click on the table that you want to copy, then click on the db that you want to copy it to and click paste. It will help you though the conversion process if column types don't match up.

It is in beta testing now (help file to be released 10/22).
