Your ORATAB file should be configured with all of the databases. This file is generally located in /var/opt/oracle or /etc. There are two other methods you can use as well. You can find the INIT<SID>.ORA files in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs or you can examine the contents of your LISTENER.ORA file.
