Sir, why am i getting this error message.



D:\rman_back>rman target sys/uno01_at_ffldev70 catalog rman/rman_at_orcl



Recovery Manager: Release 8.1.5.0.0 - Production



RMAN-06006: connected to target database: orcl (not mounted)
RMAN-06008: connected to recovery catalog database



    
  
  1.   why target database is not the same as specified on the command line.
  
  2.   both db are up and I am be able to sqlplus to them.
