Go for 816 or 817?

Hi Guys,

We are looking to upgrade to 8i from 8.0.5, the question is: do we go for
8.1.6 or 8.1.7? We dont use any of the Java VM/Xml changes in 817 but we

heard it is the "most stable" of the 8.1.x line.

Any suggestions? Any bugs seen in 8.1.7?
