Start by looking at sys.dba_rollback_segs. Amoung other information the rbs segments names and tablespaces appear here.

I do not believe in expandable database files. They are more trouble than they are worth. One runaway insert program can eat the entire disk drive.

Your rbs tablespace needs to be large enough to hold all the assigned rbs segments plus allow the segments to grow while in use to support the largest transaction that your system should be able to support. Do not forget that you will need rbs area for maintenance jobs.
