Oracle 8.1.6 install Problem Unixware7.1.1

Does anyone have any guidance on how to install Oracle 8.1.6 Enterprise on a Unixware7.1.1 , 128M RAM, 266 MHZ.

After mounting the CD.
1. login as Oracle
2. cd /mnt "where /mnt is the installation CD that was mounted to /mnt.
3. ./runInstaller
4 I get the following message:
Initializing Java Virtual Machine from
../stage/Components/oracle.swd.jre/1.1.7/1/DataFiles/Expanded/jre/unixware/bin/jre. Please wait...
mapChunk: mmap failed: Insufficient or invalid memory **Out of memory, exiting**

I configured the kernel according install documents.
