ORA-01858 NT4.0 Oracle 7.3.2.1.1 Need help!

I wrote a program on Borland C++ Builder v3.1 for Windows NT4.0 and Oracle
Workgroup Server 7.3.2.1.1


It works well, but when quantity of operations for day exceeds about 100
Oracle starts to give this silly error (ORA-01858) for all users and only
this operation (stored procedure). The situation is salvaged only by reboot
NT. The operations are executed always same. In what there can be a matter?
