multiple db

Hi All,

I have oracle8.1.5 on NT with SP6

I want upgrade to oracle 8.1.6,

as I have enough space,thought I will Install 8.1.6, create a database and import to it from 8.1.5export on the basis of schema,

what are the points I should care about ? I need only one database up at a time.
and I will deinstall 8.1.5 future.

I have desiginer,enterprise manager,webdb installed on it, If I install 8.1.6 different home can I make this products working, or I have to uninstall and Install them again?

any help will be appreciated.
