OCIW32.DLL in use ? How about remove it ?

I would like to remove Oracle8i , with Oracle installer I have remove these components.
Then I remove OS folder in e:\orant\bin, I fount a error problem : " remove error, OCIW32.DLL in use"
OS : Windows 2000 Advanced Server,
I remove the service from control panel, then remove oracle related registry,
Afetr all. I still fail to remove "ociw32.dll", could anyony help me ?

Because I met memory violation problem when I setup AcrobatReader 4.05 , I suspected this caused the problem.

Thank anybody's suggestion.
