Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> sqlplus error using @
This worked yesterday, but it's not working since the database was restarted today.
I can log into my database using "sqlplus foouser" from a terminal widow on the server, but when I try to use "sqlplus foouser_at_mydb" from that system, or any other client, I get a "ORA-01034: ORACLE not available" error after I enter the password.
When I look at listener.log it sees the connection and everything appears normal. I doubt it's a bad tnsnames.ora because I've tried to connect from two different clients that used to work. Also, I checked $ORACLE_HOME and $ORACLE_SID - they are correct. There is also nothing in the alert log.
I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but nothing I have R'ed in TFM's seems to explain this.
Thanks
