I've installed:


Oracle 8i 8.1.5


Application Server 4.0.7


Developer 6.0


Designer 6.0


On Windows NT (Service Pack 6)



BUT I cannot install:



Designer CASE Dictionary 5.1 Upgrade


Developer 6 patch 1


Developer Server


Is there something I can do?
