Oracle Workflow and PL/SQL

I am a newbie to Oracle, but I've been assigned to setup the Oracle

Workflow Server. Sigh.

So I've figured out how to use DBA Studio to add PL/SQL functions, and

how to put those functions into a workflow. But I haven't figured out

how to successfully pass parameters to those functions. I've tried

adding attributes to the functions themselves from within the Workflow

Builder. But no matter what I try, I get an error from workflow "Wrong

number or type of arguments."

Looking at Oracle's examples, there's certainly not a one-to-one

correlation between the attributes associated with a workflow function

and the input parameters to that function's underlying PL/SQL function.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Received on Wed Sep 20 2000 - 00:00:00 CDT
