pl/sql code is stored in the data-dictionary, in the source$ table (with the dba_source, all_source, and user_source view on top of it), so that's the reason why you don't see it.
The tablespaces of objects are stored in dba_segments, dba_extents, dba_tables, dba_indexes, dba_clusters and so on.
